Draftsman (Interior Design) at Vibrant Star Building Construction LLC

Job Descrption
- Prepare detailed architectural, civil and interior design drawings for villa and apartment projects.
- Prepare shop drawings for approval submissions to consultant / authorities.
- Convert conceptual designs into accurate working drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Prepare sections and elevation drawings as required.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Assist in revising and updating drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications as per project needs.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure adherence to design specifications during construction.
- Manage and organize CAD files and project documentation efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of drafting experience... in civil and interior design, with a focus on villa and apartment projects.
- Comfortable working on MEP related CAD files as well.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
