Junior Designer Cum Social Media Marketing at Learn To B HR Consultancy

Job Descrption
• Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
• Help to design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design applications. This is a mid-level role that reports to senior employees.
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects.
• Help to Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, new ideas...)
• Use feedback from other designers & sources to improve the products packaging
Requirements and skills
• Experience with design software (e.g. InVision) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout... type and fonts)
• Digital marketing & videography knowledge is an advantage.
• Arabic Speaking is preferred
