As a Marketing Executive at Xclusive Yachts, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving brand awareness, and building strategic partnerships with companies and influencers. You will play a key role in expanding our brand reach through creative campaigns and effective collaborations, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive lead generation.

- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that reflects the brand’s luxurious, high-end image.

- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, build relationships with followers, and grow an engaged community.

- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and outreach to potential partners, influencers... and businesses for collaborations and sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and KPIs.

- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and partnership results using analytics tools to improve future strategies.

- Brand Development: Help shape the brand’s voice and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, partnerships, and communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, marketing, or partnerships.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools

- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns with measurable results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Knowledge of the luxury or hospitality industry is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
