Job Summary:
We seek a skilled and motivated Barber to join our team at BarbBros As a Commission-Based Barber, you will provide high-quality grooming services to clients while earning a competitive commission rate of 40-50% based on your sales. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about barbering, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Or you can choose to have a fixed salary which can be discussed upon interview.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grooming Services: Perform various barbering services including haircuts, shaves, trims, and styling according to client's preferences and industry standards.
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Sales and Commission: Maximize sales through upselling additional services or products... and earn a commission of 40-50% of total sales.
• Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring clients are satisfied with their services and addressing any concerns.
• Barbershop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest grooming products and techniques and provide clients with information and recommendations.
• Appointment Management: Manage your appointment schedule effectively to ensure timely service and accommodate walk-ins as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work.
• Skills: Excellent barbering skills, including cutting, shaving, and styling. Ability to use barbering tools and equipment proficiently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Commission Rate: 40-50% of total sales, based on performance and sales volume.
• Additional Incentives: Annual Paid Leave, Air Ticket, Loss of Employment Insurance.
Working Conditions:
• Hours: As per UAE Law
• Environment: Work in a well-established barbershop with a supportive team and a welcoming atmosphere.
