Job Descrption
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping team members and ensure their completion.
• Inspect work performed by the housekeeping staff to ensure it meets established cleanliness standards.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping team members on best practices and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle customer requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Uphold and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
