Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept.
• Supervising and managing other staff members
• Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
• Training other staff members
• Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
• Ensuring the property is always secure, clean
• Organizing family and household events
• Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
• Serving drinks and food
• Housekeeping duties
• Coordinate with all household staff
• Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished
• Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer

Requirements
• Speaks English
• University Diploma/University Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Female / Male
• Had worked as House Manager

• Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
• Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
• Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organized
• Having a good memory is also a distinct advantage
