We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee a team and help drive our growth and ensure the highest levels of member satisfaction.
Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front of house team to achieve membership targets, developing strategic sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall member experience and increasing the profitability of our health club.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed membership sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the... sales team to achieve excellent performance.
• Manage all aspects of membership sales, including tours, promotions, and community outreach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a solid customer service orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
