Handles tools, materials, equipment and spares to and from various locations and levels within the siteAssisting the fitters/welder/technicians/technicians/machinists and other skilled personnel as and when requiredOther responsibilities as and when entrusted by the foremanCleaning of the machinery and other equipment’s required to perform the jobAdherence to the company safety and environmental proceduresCan work in scaffolding, overboard scaffolding, confined space taking all safety and precautions according to the risk assessment and PTW (permit to work)Carries out physical lifting and transferring light equipment and materials SkillsPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to scheduleComplete the work allocated by the warehouse supervisor time to timeProper housekeeping of the WarehouseReceive material from supplier and assist in counting and keeping in assigned locationInform any discrepancy identified during receipt of materialsProper storage of material in... their respective placeKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationPromote safe HSE culture in the workforcePerform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of FunctionsHelp to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management systemReport the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuriesEnsure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.Actively Participates in emergency response programs High school or general education degree (GED), and/or 12 months experience and/or training;Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.Machine Shop experience and Overhead crane experience will be added advantageAbility to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures
