• Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reservation activities.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Offer personalized assistance and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Sales:
• Actively promote travel... products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional travel options.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned.
• Data Entry and Management:
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information, reservation details, and sales data in the company's reservation system.
• Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
