As an Associate Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company adheres to all applicable regulations and internal policies within the financial services and debt management sector. You will assist in monitoring, auditing, and reviewing compliance processes to mitigate risk, ensuring that our business operations align with legal and regulatory standards.

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Compliance Analyst to join their team.

Description
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day operations for compliance with financial... regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy laws.
• Conduct compliance audits and internal reviews to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to governing bodies.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues or concerns raised by internal teams or external regulators.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and provide guidance on regulatory changes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to ensure compliance across departments.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance framework.

Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Any experience in a compliance role, preferably in financial services, debt management, or a related industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, SEC, GDPR, AML) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with compliance software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
