Job Description
Turner and Townsend are current looking to recruit for Associates to join our Commercial Developer team based in London. Working on projects with a minimum value of £10,000,000 we are establishing ourselves as one of the leading consultancies in London.
This opportunity is open to Associate Directors and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high profile mixed... use projects.
Qualifications
• Senior Project Manager, Associates or Associate Director working with a leading consultancy across large brownfield sites in London
• Projects can include residential, commercial and mixed use.
• Successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it
• Experience with working on projects of £20m++
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
