Freelance Corporate English Language Trainer Affina Training & Consultancy is seeking experienced and motivated English language trainers to join our team as freelance trainers. As a freelance Corporate English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for providing effective language training to corporate executives who need to improve their general English and/or Business English communication skills for presentations, public speaking, business writing, negotiations, meetings, etc. You will work on a freelance basis, delivering online training sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our corporate clients. As a freelance trainer, you can reside anywhere as long as you are able to deliver these lessons within Turkey’s time zone. In addition to our general needs, we are also looking for teachers for an URGENT PROJECT starting in 3-4 weeks. This project will require 6-8 weeks of online 1-to-1 teaching, with a commitment of 12-16 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
•... Design and deliver online language training courses to corporate executives
• Develop and implement effective training materials and teaching techniques that focus on business communication
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to help them achieve their language and communication goals
• Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, including technology-based tools
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and Affina
• Conduct assessments to identify language and communication gaps and develop training plans to address them
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments and submit monthly reports on time
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of language training programs Requirements:
• Native fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or other relevant teaching certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to adults, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of business communication and culture
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
