The Company: Victorstone is a multi-award-winning International real estate company with operations in the UK, Hong Kong, UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Role: You will be selling luxury homes within the UK and working with international developers to sell luxury properties in Dubai. You will engage with overseas investors and assist them in acquiring investment opportunities. Our self-employed agents earn 50% to 80% commission on any agreed sales. In this commission-only role, just by selling one property monthly, your earnings will be well over £200,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped, and agents can earn significantly more. Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers or tenants. Stay updated on the real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry best practices. Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers and Investors, to enhance business opportunities. Participate in social media and other marketing activities to promote properties and attract potential clients. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
