Lead Quantitative Researcher – Crypto Mid-Frequency Strategies Are you an experienced quant with a strong background in crypto trading? Our client, a leading hedge fund is building out their crypto trading infrastructure and is searching for a Lead Quantitative Researcher to spearhead their mid-frequency trading team. This role is ideal for someone with deep market insight, exceptional quantitative skills, and leadership potential. As the leader of a high-performing research group, you will architect and refine innovative trading strategies, applying statistical methods, machine learning, and quantitative finance to improve performance across digital asset markets. Your leadership will be instrumental in directing both research and development for mid-frequency strategies. What you’ll do: Guide a team of quant researchers to design and optimize mid-frequency trading systems. Oversee strategy back testing, risk management, and performance analytics.
