About the role:
As part of the Project Management Practice within Capital Markets the Project Manager specialist will use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include the successful end-to-end delivery of large and complex customer projects and services using a structured, controlled, tool and methodology based, scaleable approach .

About the team:
As part of FIS’ Capital Markets Project Management Practice, you will be implementing... Quantum, our leading Treasury and risk management solution, at banks and large corporates. Quantum supports multiple asset classes and lending structures, and provides for the full transaction processing lifecycle, risk management and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to work with other solutions and services that span both the Sell and Buy Side of the financial services industry

What you will be doing:
Leading the delivery of mission-critical client projects to be on time and on budget

• Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.
• Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution.
• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams

What you will need:
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.
• Extensive experience of project managing large scale software systems implementations specifically in the Treasury management systems space. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Good skills with project management software.
• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

• Experience within the Financial Technology domain, delivering to external clients
• Project Management certification
