Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a personalized and outstanding customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and receives top-tier service.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets, implementing effective sales strategies and tracking results.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales associates, offering training and development to maintain high levels of product knowledge and customer service.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
