House Manager/Butler Job at Greycoat Lumleys

Job Descrption
A hands-on House Manager/Butler is needed for a family based in the Hyde Park area. There are 2 housekeepers already employed, and they feel it is time to bring another addition to the household as the service and management is lacking.
This is not a permanent residence and is only used approximately 5 months of the year. This may be used by different family members and not necessarily the main principal every time. They are looking for someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and someone who is a good image for the household, making their visits extra special.
Main Duties
• House management
• Front of house, meeting and greeting
• Overseeing the housekeepers, including laundry
• Packing and unpacking
• Food and drink service
• Inventories and budgets for household items
• Car management (driver essential)
• Making a light breakfast if needed
• Managing contractors
£60,000 GPA Live out
Flexible working days and hours when in residence, regular Mon - Fri when... not in residence.
