Job Descrption
Your Role
• You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for Checker Limousine
• You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment
Your profile
• You are able to read and communicate in English effectively
• You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
• You have the ability to work independently
• You have excellent problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
• You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset
• You are available Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
