As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our GenAI-powered platform, supporting partners in building voice bots. You'll communicate with both partner and internal teams, while also automating and documenting FAQs. This role offers hands-on experience with the latest technology and direct insight into customer needs.
