## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
## Duties
• Client Support: Provide prompt and professional support to clients and contractors via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• Issue Resolution: Ability to deal with clients and contractors payments queries and ensuring resolution within Payments Pro SLA’s.
• Technical Assistance: Assist clients in navigating our online platform, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing guidance on maximising platform features effectively. Offer clear instructions and solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Communication: A great telephone manner and patience is key for this role, and someone that can remain calm and professional under pressure when dealing with difficult contractors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and... accurate records of client and contractor interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our software, My Digital Accounting, ensuring all communications are documented appropriately for ease of use for other departments and reporting purposes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Provide feedback on common issues, pain points, and suggestions for streamlining procedures to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and communicate client updates, issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and client and company SLAs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service, to both contractors and clients.
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required to provide help when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
