Job Descrption
A well-established Sixth Form College in Hammersmith seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join its vibrant team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students during this crucial stage of their education.
About the Role:
• Provide vital support to teachers across a range of A-Level subjects (specific subjects may be mentioned depending on college needs).
• Assist with lesson preparation, marking, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
• Work directly with students in small groups or individually, offering personalized support to enhance their understanding and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate group activities, discussions, and revision sessions to reinforce learning and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and... identify areas where additional support may be needed, liaising with teachers to develop effective strategies.
• Contribute to the positive and inclusive environment within the Sixth Form, fostering student well-being and engagement.
