James Knappett, of two Michelin-star Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia is culinary director, which is a sign of how important the food is at The Cadogan Arms. The team are aiming to create a food and drink offering which celebrates British produce and the return of community driven, neighbourhood dining. Drinks at The... The Position
The right Head Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
The Successful Head Bartender will have:
Prior experience as a Bartender within a fast paced-quality restaurant or bar;
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;

The Group
JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008. The group has received critical acclaim and industry recognition since its inception, including 6 Michelin stars, 3 Michelin Bib Gourmands and one restaurant ranked in the World’s 100 Best restaurants.
