Are you a Kitchen Leader with a passion for delivering delicious food?
We're seeking a Multi Site Head Chef to manage and engage our kitchens across two of our pubs.
If you love seasonal, fresh, elevated British pub food and enjoy leading and developing back of house teams, you'll have us at hello!
About the Role
Our Multi Site Head Chef will be responsible for managing the Back of House across two our our independent, neighbourhood pubs, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
You will lead, develop and motivate our two kitchen teams to deliver our seasonal menus so that our guests keep coming back for more!
Key Responsibilities
• Execute our seasonal menus that use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation across the two pubs.
• Manage the operations of the two kitchens, ensuring compliance with health... and safety regulations and that the right ordering & stock controls are in place
• Train your kitchen teams & recruit new team members when needed.
• Collaborate with management and our Head of Food to drive the food sales success of the two pubs.
About You
Your passion for creating flavoursome, fresh dishes is matched by your strong organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
You have an in-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and you're excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact within our independent pub group. Livelyhood is committed and passionate about our food offer & we continue to invest in food growth.

We are an established London based owner and operator of independent neighbourhood pubs offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our focus is on delivering high-quality food and drink, partnered with exceptional service.
Food is at the heart of what we do. We’re not “Gastro” as such – but we believe in fresh produce, cooked to order, as tasty as we can make it.
We currently have 7 independent, inviting modern locals in London
You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Balham (The Regent), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Wanstead (The Bull), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (The Artful Duke) & Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue).
We are also planning to open more sites in London, so this is a brilliant chance for the right people to join us and be a key part of our growth.

What we are offering
• A competitive salary of £50K + tronc + Bonus
• Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £8k making OTE £58k
• Additional bonus plan - £3k per quarter/£12k per annum bonus opportunity based on KPIs
