Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a flair for creating exceptional dishes.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Develop innovative menu items while considering cost and availability of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
Requirements
-10+years of experience
- Extensive experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Relevant qualifications... in culinary arts or hospitality management are desirable
Key Behaviours
- Minimum Level 2 in Health & Safety

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
