Job Descrption
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to support the implementation of the Health & Safety Management System and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a team and liaising with various stakeholders to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
• Implement and manage the Health & Safety Strategy
• Provide advice on H&S policies and processes
• Assist in the development of H&S management plans
• Monitor and report on H&S performance
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents
• Deliver H&S training and briefings
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years' experience in Construction/Infrastructure H&S
• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental studies
• Working towards chartered membership of IOSH - CMIOSH
• Collaborative and leadership skills
