Job Descrption
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Power & Utilities Transactions team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major corporations, investors, and suppliers in the energy, water, and utilities sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery and coordinate with external advisors
• Develop client outputs and build strong relationships
• Stay updated with key sectors in Power & Utilities and develop market intelligence
• Coach and mentor junior staff
• Perform business development activities and promote services through networking and speaking engagements
Skills & Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in financial advice and corporate finance
• Proven track record of working on major projects
• In-depth understanding of project value drivers such as policy, regulation, and financing
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling
• Strong communication and client management skills
Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced in advising on utilities and... infrastructure projects
• Skilled in client relationship management and financial analysis
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working at a fast pace during intense engagement periods
