Spray Foam Technician Assistant at London Insulation Services Inc

Job Descrption
An excellent opportunity to join the construction industry and advance your career as a spray foam insulation professional. This role involves working alongside a supervisor at various locations throughout southwestern Ontario. Travel time is compensated, and the schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Apply polyurethane insulation on buildings and structures following blueprints and specifications.
• Secure and protect surrounding surfaces using poly, staples, tape, or adhesive.
• Clean up excess spray areas as needed.
• Assist your supervisor in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and the spray foam rig.
• Maintain a clean work environment and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Wear appropriate PPE as required in all situations.
Experience:
• Familiarity with polyurethane spray foam equipment, supplies, and safety standards is a plus.
• Previous experience in spray foam installation or the trades is... beneficial.
• Working at Heights and Lift certification/experience is an asset.
• A current spray foam license is considered advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Graco SPF equipment.
• A clean driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Skills:
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and able to work well in a team.
• Understanding of building structures and the role of insulation in construction.
• Proficient with hand tools, including utility knives, slap staplers, tape measures, and saws.

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
