We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Graduate to join our clients first class HR team at a leading investment company in London. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills seeking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining records and managing the HR inbox.
• Assist with recruitment processes: posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and handling pre-employment checks.
• Support onboarding: prepare documentation and coordinate inductions.
• Assist with benefits administration and liaise with providers.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
• Assist with payroll data, employee queries, and HR projects.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and... accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.
