WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Provide regular training to ensure your team members' advice and recommendations are correct.
• Work closely with your team to ensure they have successfully completed our internal processes.
• Ensure that agreed best practices are effectively rolled-out and consistently adhered to within your team
• Ensure that your team's individual pipelines are managed effectively so that agreed customer SLAs are met consistently
• Support the recruitment, development and retention of Insurance Advisers in line with Haysto hiring plan and play a leading role in their on-boarding.
• Assume responsibility for all Insurance revenue pipelines and work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to manage pipeline and drive conversions.
• Conduct monthly one-to-ones with all team members.
• Support your team with applications which are cancelled and clawed back.
• Provide call coaching to the Mortgage Team (as required) so they are effective in positioning the benefits of Insurance
• Perform quality spot checks per month by calling customers and conducting a short survey.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a high-energy, driven, and passionate leader. Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a firm of 50+ people, managing a team of at least 8-10 Insurance Advisers who have consistently over-achieved targets.
The role will be primarily remote, however, you'll be required to come into the office once a quarter to spend time with Management.

Compensation:
OTE £80,000+
