Job Descrption
The candidate would need to have initative and be interetsed in pregressing past a plain picker/ packer position to a team leader position.
The initial Job description will be aligned with a warehouse operative job, however leadership qualities and personal responsibilities will be expeced so that you can progress quickly to team leader:
Initial responsibilites will be;
- Picking goods and loading the picks ready for dispatch.
- Packing goods and checking the details are correct.
- Unloading deliveries on a daily basis.
- Keeping the warehouse and delivery areas clean and tidy.

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
