Job Summary
As a Research Analyst at OPEN Health, you are an essential contributor to our team, working across various projects with responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs. You will support project leads in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, international organization
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Developing systematic or targeted literature review search terms, protocols, data extraction forms and databases
Participating and supporting rigorous, relevant synthesis of identified evidence including clinical, humanistic, and economic literature
Building and adapting economic models using a variety of methodologies to support the reimbursement of new health interventions
Conducting data analysis to visualize, describe and model relationships e.g. time to event analysis
Drafting specific sections of project deliverables or other assignments including protocols, technical reports, analysis decks, and country/local dossiers suitable for payer/HTA submission
Supporting the development of compelling slide decks to communicate key messages and findings
Creating and managing reference/citation databases using various software packages
Supporting with proposal development to address client needs
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Master’s Degree in any relevant Science, Engineering, Epidemiology, Public Health, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Pharmacy/Medical field highly preferred
Understanding of design and implementation of cost-effectiveness, budget impact analyses, meta-analysis, or other mathematical modelling preferred
Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships within OPEN Health and with external stakeholders
Solid analytical and statistical understanding with a keen attention to detail
Solid communication ability both verbally and in writing
Proactive, responsive and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Travel Requirements
International and domestic as required for team and client meetings/conferences as required by business needs
