Job Summary
The Group Financial Accountant is accountable for…
- Providing support to the Group Finance team during the year-end
- Assisting with group accounting, statutory accounts, and the year-end audit
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Month end reporting (Group balance sheet and cashflow)
- Group statutory reporting
- Financial reporting and accounting
- Consolidation (multi layer & multi currency)
- Lender/Investor reporting
- Completing subsidiary accounts
- Liaising with external auditors
- Maintaining company compliance across the group
- Collaborate and assist on other group matters/projects as required
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Previous experience in producing group accounts
- Previous experience of multi-currency group consolidation
- Strong technical accountancy skills
- Ability to work quickly to a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively across all areas of the business
Travel Requirements
UK – work from home, willingness to meet in London intermittently
