About the role
Outbound telesales/ charity fundraising recruiting new donors for well known UK charities. Warm Leads. You will be expected to achieve sales targets. We have a strong team culture, with lots of prizes and incentives. This is a permanent position. Experience in charity fundraising is essential.
Day to day duties
- Representing national charities, recruiting new donors for their regular giving campaigns.
- Warm leads to be loaded daily, so no cold calling
- Following a script
- Using Salesforce and other CRM’s
- Must be familiar with telephone sales and sales targets. Experience in charity fundraising is essential.
- Must have experience taking card payments over the phone
Essential's
-Experience in charity fundraising.
- You are able to work remotely.
- You have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset
- You have fantastic communication skills
- You are target driven & hungry for success
- Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM’s.
- Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.
- You have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.
Salary: £11.45 to £15 per hour / £20,000 - £27,000 basic plus bonus. OTE £32,000 to £39,000 per annum.
