About the role
Outbound telesales B to C role. Calling previous catalogue customers in the UK offering them extensive warranties on home appliances and membership for exclusive rewards schemes.
Day to day duties
- Following a script
- Using Salesforce and other CRM’s
- Must be familiar with telephone sales and sales targets.
- Must have experience taking card payments over the phone
Essential's
- You are able to work remotely.
- You have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset
- You have fantastic communication skills
- You are target driven & hungry for success
- Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM’s.
- Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.
- You have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.
Salary: £11.45 to £15 per hour / £20,000 - £27,000 basic plus bonus. OTE £32,000 to £39,000 per annum.
