Telesales and Appointment Setting Executive at Growth Idea

We are looking for customer orientated, experienced Telesales Executive(s) to support the ongoing growth of the business. This role encompasses Telesales, lead generation and appointment setting.

This role is for you if you thrive in a sales and target based environment. There will be training on our offering, scripts and suggested approach.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Contacting owners of small and medium-sized businesses (mostly from cold) to set up qualified appointments for sales consultants to carry out complimentary strategic review sessions
•... Establishing excellent relationships with potential clients to secure appointments for sales consultants
• Lead Generation - Sourcing own leads as well as using the company’s databases

Qualifications, experience, and attributes:
• UK business customer calling experience in a target based B2B services sales environment is preferred though not required
• Confident and energetic with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to work with a strong commitment to goals and targets
• Commercially minded with a strong desire to achieve in a fast paced environment

This role offers good scope for career progression in a world-class organisation and is seen as a stepping stone to a senior business development position. It is a result-based role and offers the opportunity to work flexibly to fit around your schedule as long as results are being delivered.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to come into our office in London at least two days a week.

OTE for the role is £36,000 p.a. based on 15 appointments generated every month with uncapped commission.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Experience:
• UK business customer calling: 2 years (preferred)
• LinkedIn Lead Generation: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
