Outstanding career opportunities are available for Retail and Skincare Experts/Beauty Therapists in full-time to join this incredible brand which has expanded into London !
Opening hours and days : Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 12am to 6pm
Where ? : 24 New Cavendish St, London W1G 8TU, Royaume-Uni
A lifelong beauty lover, founder Juliette Levy founded Oh My Cream with the desire to create the beauty concept store she would have liked to find as a consumer.
Today, our mission with Oh My Cream is to give all women and men access to an alternative beauty that is cleaner, more expert and more inspiring. Cleaner, because we believe in transparency and impeccable compositions.
More expert, because advice is our strength and because we educate our clients about the right things and help them find the right products. More inspiring, because our customers will not have to... choose between the good and the beautiful but especially because it is essential to indulge.
That’s why since 2013, Oh My Cream takes care of our customers and their skin and thanks to our 21 shops throughout France, we have succeeded in making ourselves known and being a reference for clean beauty. We would like to share our concept around the world, which is why we start by settling in London.
Our products are carefully selected to keep only products with exemplary, ethical and effective compositions to take care of the face, body and hair. Each piece of advice is personalised to best meet our customers’ expectations.
More than that, we offer a skin diagnosis to determine the skin type of our customers and solve their skin problems through a bespoke beauty routine. We also offer personalised facial treatments with our brand Oh My Cream Skincare, and Tata Harper and Dermalogica brands.
• Oh My Cream Skincare - Plumping Facial : A complete treatment incorporating facialist techniques, ideal for illuminating, plumping and smoothing the skin
• Dermalogica : A 100% personalized face care made with ultra-concentrated professional products to solve all your skin problems
• Tata Harper : A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue

Overview of the Role
• Providing a range of luxury facials and advice on the Oh My Cream range of products
• Personalised reception of customers
• Sales advice and development of customer loyalty
• Realisation of the skin diagnosis
• Realisation of the masterclass, animations in store
• Reception and storage of restocking (2 deliveries per week)
• Realisation of regular inventory in the store
• Ordering of materials (office supplies, beauty materials)
• Management of logistics related to UK orders from our eshop (shipments, returns, etc
Package on Offer
• 5 sick days per calendar year after your probation period
• 40% discount on products
• Extensive and ongoing training on products and facials
• 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
• Company pension scheme after qualifying period
• Monthly commission. The amount will vary and is calculated according to the turnover achieved.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per month
