Are you a skilled and organised individual with a passion for supporting a successful business? We're searching for a motivated Business Support Manager to join our team in Croydon, London.
The Role:
In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, playing a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:
• Planning and coordinating the activities and resources of our office. This includes scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Managing all correspondence and inquiries related to accounts, sales, and customer service. You'll be the key contact for... clients and colleagues, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Providing insightful advice on various matters, including managing statistical records and keeping accurate vacancy records.
• Supervising insurance procedures and ensuring all policies are properly handled.
• Coordinating the activities of other office teams and departments, promoting seamless collaboration.
What You Bring:
• Excellent organizational and planning skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You build rapport easily and can communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and all levels of management.
• Multi-language ability would be an added benefit: Preferably (Hindi and Urdu, along with English )
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• GCSEs/S grades or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant experience.
