Key Account Director - FMCG Clients - Fluent French at Mintel

Job Descrption
You will be responsible to set the sales strategy and deliver on the commercial growth of those accounts. You will be supported by a Client Success team which will support your execution of the retention strategy.
Reporting to the Vice President of Key Accounts, communication externally and internally is a core element of this role, and as such you will collaborate and motivate the core business team supporting this portfolio to lead to an optimum experience for your clients and exceptional growth of the business.
Responsibilities
• Deliver sales growth against targets with a strong focus on our consulting offering
• Position Mintel as a trusted advisor / strategic partner of your clients
• Network high and wide within the client organisation to identify significant consulting opportunities
•... Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new opportunities.
• Close partnership with Customer Success and other teams across Mintel to ensure focus is driven by clients' needs and experience
• Where relevant prioritize actions to be executed by local Account Directors, in line with client and Mintel's regional goals
• Together with Customer Success team, create and ensure all relevant related client collateral is easily accessible for all regional account teams
• Regular strategic reviews conducted with internal stakeholders to track progress (and update accordingly) against strategic plan
• Working with global account managers to support best practices in the portfolio and drive sales growth across all Mintel regions
• Communicate with and support internal Mintel Stakeholders across VOC initiatives
Experience And Skills
• Senior Account Manager level
• Fluency in French
• Significant and proven experience with managing, renewing and upgrading Accounts
• Strong experience in consultative selling and pitching for high value project work
• Experience, knowledge and passion for FMCG
• Successful performance track record of hitting sales targets in an account management role for with at least five years experience
• Strong communicator and able to network effectively across an organisation
• Can do attitude with exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively across multiple opportunities and individuals
• Able to strategize and be entrepreneurial - able to lead by example and develop pipeline of opportunities
