Job Descrption
Duties and responsibilities
• To undertake Recovery and Transport on all applicable customer vehicles / Equipment in line with company and legal Health and Safety guidelines.
• Respond to all breakdowns in the designated time when allocated.
• Ensure all relevant electronic records are fully completed and accurate including any details and pictures that may assist the workshop.
• Ensure company vehicles are used in line with company policies / legal requirements and are kept clean and tidy after use.
• Ensure that all... Recoveries are carried out in accordance with IVR training guidelines.
• Undertake vehicle manoeuvring around the workshop or airport as and when required where trained to do so and in conjunction with appropriate licences held.
• Report if you think the work or inadequate precautions are putting anyone s health and safety at risk.
Qualifications and experience required
• Vehicle Recovery and Transport
• HGV C+E Driving Licence
• Tacho Card
• DCPC
• Customer oriented & service delivery focused
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Must be eligible to obtain a valid Airside Pass & Driving Permit
Desirable experience
• Motor industry environment.
• Airport industry environment.
• Exposure to Ground Support Equipment, HGV or Plant equipment.
• Good knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Lorry Loader Crane Certificate ( ALLMI / ITSSAR or equivalent )
• IVR Training
• ADR
• D Licence
• IPAF / ITSSAR MEWP Certificate
• Forklift licence
