We are looking for a Go-To-Market Finance Leader that is passionate about driving actionable, financially sound strategies for profitable growth.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's Go-To-Market initiatives to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
- Lead the annual budgeting process for Go-To-Market activities, including resource allocation plans. Monitor performance against budgets and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, operations, corporate finance, investor relations, revenue operations, revenue FP&A, R&D FP&A and more.
- Lead a high-performing team of finance professionals located around the globe. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to develop talent and foster a culture of excellence
What you’ll need
- 10-15 years of experience at start-ups as well as public company
- Experience scaling global organizations in a fast-paced environment, public company experience
- Sales/GTM finance experience required
- Extensive experience in building digestible and auditable subscription revenue models in a fast-paced public SaaS company; expertise with Pigment and Looker (or equivalent planning/ visualization systems) a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset; positive can-do attitude

The reasonably estimated salary is specific to San Francisco, California and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $224,000 - $280,000. You will also receive an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
