What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations within the Workday platform using Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify integration opportunities.
- Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and transformations to support data integration and reporting requirements.
- Configure and optimize inbound and outbound integrations for data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases, new features, and best practices related to integrations and Finance technology.
- Document technical specifications, integration workflows, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities as needed.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Workday Integrations Developer with a focus on Workday Finance.
- Proficiency in Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Report Writer, and Workday Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Workday data model, business process framework, and security concepts.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and other web services protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with PRISM and the Accounting Center.
- Experience creating Studio integration to load data into PRISM tables
- Experience with building data pipelines and transformations
Nice to Have:
- Experience setting up Banking Integrations
- Experience with Procurement & Customer Accounts is a plus
- Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations is preferred
- Workday Integrations Administration and Studio certifications are preferred
