The primary function for the post-holder will be to coordinate all accommodation aspects for the adult colleges. They will have the overview of all accommodation bookings, ensure that suitable provisions are made and maintain a great working relationship with accommodation providers. Be the point of contact for admissions and sales teams when it comes to any accommodation requests.
Have the overview of all nominated rooms and inform the Admissions and Accommodation Manager of any voids in advance so that a plan to fill them can be formulated and revenue maximised.
Source ad hoc residential options when allocated rooms are full.
Work with providers and college teams to ensure complaints are limited and the quality of accommodation provided to students is the best in the industry.
Deal effectively with arising challenges, resolving complaints and escalating issues to the Admissions and... Accommodation Manager.
2+ years’ experience in accommodation and/or hospitality.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent in English.
