Role: Social Media Executive and Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Location: London W1
About Us: We’re looking for an organised, creative, and people-oriented individual to join our team as Social Media Executive and Personal Assistant to our founder and CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a commercially driven, creatively ambitious leader, building a personal brand and working with the content and GTM team, shaping a visionary approach at the cutting edge of technology.
A large part of the role will involve supporting the founder-led marketing strategy, developing the personal brand of the CEO through social, podcasting, and live events.

Some of the stuff you're going to need to do:
• Scheduling & Diary Management: Provide calendar and scheduling support for the Chief Executive, coordinating meetings, prioritising commitments, and ensuring efficient diary management.
• Guest Coordination: Manage guest lists, send invitations, and support VIPs and speakers at events hosted by the Chief Executive.
• Event Mgt + Coordination: Assist in organising events with the Chief Executive’s involvement, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Communication & Reporting: Track and document key communications and assist in compiling reports and summaries as needed for the Chief Executive.
• Creative Design & Writing: Add a creative touch to both design and written content, boosting our social media presence.
Ideally you will have:
• Education & Experience: Recent graduate or 2+ years in a similar support role, ideally with experience assisting senior leaders.
• Skills: Strong organisational abilities, proficiency in scheduling tools and basic reporting, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Qualities: Adaptable, flexible, and emotionally intelligent, with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach.
