Job Description
A training development specialist is required to both support the training administration process as well as support the global development and ongoing administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for IAM training specifically within the UK. The purpose of the role is to support the existing functions of the Service Training Centre for technical training whilst supporting the new LMS rollout enhancements for all customer groups whilst promoting sales and further improving the customer experience.
LMS Support:
Support the development & management of the Learning Management System
Manage financial transactions including Direct Debits & Credit Card Payments
Ongoing System Maintenance
Admin Super User
Event Organisation & Management
Internal/External LMS Contact
Training Centre Support tasks
Functional SAP/Invoicing
Venue and Trainer Liaison
Resource Management Support
Consistent Office Presence
Maintain software solutions as necessary to facilitate training
On-site support for visitors and trainers
Additional tasks
Support Resource Management Process
Course Management & Scheduling
Support and Manage Trainer and Customer Queries
Support Customer Complaints Management Process
Build, promote and maintain a close working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Understand and support the IMI Centre Coordinator to uphold IMI Approved Training Centre status.
Remain cost conscious and capitalise on existing internal networks.
Processing of post course paperwork
Qualifications
Person Profile, Knowledge and Skills
Full UK Driving License desirable.
Good understanding of Bosch internal processes.
At least one year’s experience in training or event management highly desirable.
Understanding of automotive technical training desirable.
Proficient in various IT Systems (including, Microsoft Office, CDB, SAP, Learning Management Systems etc)
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Able to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.
Effective problem solver.
Multitasker.
Effective and efficient time manager.
Excellent communicator.
