Job Description
*This is not an IT, Data Engineer or Software Engineering role*
Monitoring compliance to best practices for Client Relationship Management (CRM) application; manage migrations by individual
LabSites to the CRM, including assessment and comparison of existing LabSite information against company CRM data
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Become proficient in the use of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Become knowledgeable in the company best practices for the CRM application
- Monitor compliance to company best practices for the CRM application
- Assist colleagues with CRM application training and use as needed
- Drive the migration of LabSite information to the CRM application
- Communicate regular updates to supervisor
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or Equivalent Work Experience
- Client Relationship Management Experience preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Self-Motivated.
- Attention to detail and multitasking.
- Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external clients.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly..
