Job Description
- Assist the team to ensure all campus heating and cooling equipment operates as should,
- Perform routine PM’s on equipment.
- Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
- Complete all work in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- 1 year minimum HVAC experience required.
- Comfortable regularly using computers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm On rotating maintenance on-call schedule.. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. Will train on an earlier shift for an extended amount of time.
