Overview
The Remote Hydrographic Surveyor will be responsible for supporting project survey data collection and processing, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Conducting online surveying on projects remotely and in shifts
• Monitoring and assuring the quality of captured data using online survey tools
• Assisting with survey planning and data processing
• Preparing reports and ensuring timely delivery of data
Requirements: Essential Skills / Attributes and Experience
• Hydrographic Surveyor Qualification (Cat B or equivalent)
• Experience with MBES survey and asset inspections
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
• Experience in data acquisition, processing... and reporting of bathymetric data
• Familiarity with marine survey data acquisition and processing software
