The Identity Lifecycle Management data (ID LCM) Business Analyst will be integral to how we design and deliver a shift in our Identity data and technology landscape. Identities in scope are broadly defined as “a unique person or organization that we interact with” (e.g. customers), and that may be represented in one or more system of record.
This is an exciting time as we reimagine how our data and technology landscape can support current and future business models, across business processes within marketing, sales, and order fulfilment and within a diverse and fast evolving systems landscape.
The analyst will collaborate with IT & Digital colleagues and business stakeholders to build a broad understanding across transactional and non-transactional identities, data, and systems; and create value adding solutions that facilitate cross system communication and data aggregation.

Site Details
The role is based in our Global Operations Center in Manchester. This is a hybrid contract, with a minimum 2 days per week to be worked in the office, with remote working available for the remainder of the week (for the first few months, there may be a requirement to spend up to 3 days per week onsite). The site is a local hub for worldwide operations, ensuring growers, globally, have access to the right product at the right time.
