Job Description

The Identity Lifecycle Management data (ID LCM) Business Analyst will be integral to how we design and deliver a shift in our Identity data and technology landscape. Identities in scope are broadly defined as “a unique person or organization that we interact with” (e.g. customers), and that may be represented in one or more system of record. 

This is an exciting time as we reimagine how our data and technology landscape can support current and future business models, across business processes within marketing, sales, and order fulfilment and within a diverse and fast evolving systems landscape. 

The analyst will collaborate with IT & Digital colleagues and business stakeholders to build a broad understanding across transactional and non-transactional identities, data, and systems; and create value adding solutions that facilitate cross system communication and data aggregation.

  • Contribute thought leadership to the co-creation of the ID LCM strategy & roadmap, including our architecture direction
  • Develop / maintain a working knowledge of the people, processes, technologies and data across the ID LCM landscape
  • Proactively identify and scope appropriate ID LCM solutions (e.g. data products / data supply chain / microservices), build business cases and translate into transparent business value add.
  • Act as Product Owner for defined solutions, including
  • Coordinate delivery through relevant project and platform teams
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) – including monetization and adoption
  • Quality assurance & Continuous improvement of your product(s)
  • Engage with IT & Digital and business functions to raise awareness, understanding and adoption of your product(s)
  • Ensure GDPR & Data privacy / Internal control compliance
  • Maintain relevant documentation; creating and maintaining supporting artefacts (e.g. data model, data supply chain, product contracts)

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of customer identities / business partner gained through hands on experience in relevant business process and/or technology roles.
  • Working knowledge across a diverse range of platforms (e.g ERP, Marketing, eCommerce) and emerging technologies (e.g. AI / ML, Low code)
  • Interest and knowledge in digital innovation technologies and data science
  • Interest knowledge of microservices and low code architecture
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and project management (e.g. Waterfall)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or data domain (e.g. working knowledge of identities and how their role across business processes and technologies)
  • Proven delivery of value-added products / solutions across short, medium & long term horizons
  • Experience in IT business analysis techniques
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and project demands, within and outside IT, in particular in driving and delivering innovation

Additional Information

Site Details

The role is based in our Global Operations Center in Manchester. This is a hybrid contract, with a minimum 2 days per week to be worked in the office, with remote working available for the remainder of the week (for the first few months, there may be a requirement to spend up to 3 days per week onsite). The site is a local hub for worldwide operations, ensuring growers, globally, have access to the right product at the right time.
