Job Description
Our Talent & Development offer is a core part of our Employee Brand and the role of Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of learning events within our global learning curriculum.
You will be part of the operations team who collaborate with our Learning specialists and Digital teams to support the delivery of our blended learning solutions, including virtual and face to face events delivered both internally and through external suppliers. Offering the opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of a global learning offering.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved with:
- Manage events and programmes through our in house systems
- Booking venues, trainer resourcing, producing materials, working with external suppliers, raising purchase orders
- Initiating event feedback and providing summary reports to trainers and specialists
- Stakeholder management with suppliers, venues as well as internally with event specialists and business sponsors
- Support in producing virtual events where required
Qualifications
About you
- You'll be a collaborative team player skills but who is equally comfortable working from own initiative
- You'll have strong communication, organisation, and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and passionate about delivering excellence
- Influencing and partnering skills, able to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels
- Proven administrative ability
