What will you be doing?
As a Process Engineer, you will join the Whitstable team to support our activities within the Electronics manufacture sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
We are looking for a Process Engineer with expertise in injection moulding to enhance product quality and process efficiency. The role involves analysing and optimizing injection moulding processes to reduce defects and improve overall production.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the current injection moulding process to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyse data related to the injection moulding process for quality insights
- Determine and implement optimal process parameters to minimize defects.
- Establish a continuous improvement mindset, implementing best practices.
- Provide training and support to production teams on process improvements.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to prevent defects
- Maintain detailed documentation of process changes and results.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in optimizing injection moulding processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
